The BeefLover American Wagyu Chuck Eye is cut from the same muscle as the better-known Rib Eye. The Chuck Eye has a similar taste profile as the Rib Eye and comes from the chuck primal, an area known for cuts of meat full of rich beefy flavor. The Chuck Eye is in the same league of tenderness as the Rib Eye, and it matches the more well know cut in marbling. Great on the grill or seared in a skillet.
